.Music from the album "Faith" by Jean Beauvoir & Crown Of Thorns continues to hit music charts again this week with the single Faith hitting #2 on the Unsigned Headquarters Top 30 Charts through the 365 Radio Network. The album "Faith" is hailed by music critics as probably one of the best sounding Jean Beauvoir Crown Of Thorns albums and one of the more popular albums in the Jean Beauvoir Crown Of Thorns series of albums,
"Faith" is full of infectious guitar riffs, soaring hook lines and great melodies. Upon its initial release through Sony Red (US) music on the album began receiving heavy airplay on Rock radio stations and SIRIUS FM. “Rock Ready” another popular track from the album is featured in MTV’s Rock Band Game and is available for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Wii.
Music from the album Faith is part of a recent re-release of music by Beauvoir from his music vault which consists of over 500-published songs. Since re-releasing music to a select few stations he has been watching a renewed interest in music from several of his albums being requested by fans as well as added into rotation on various stations, including an increase in interest on Internet Radio.
Beauvoir, originally with the Plasmatics, the most outrageous, controversial and successful Punk Rock Metal band ever who influenced generations of up and coming artist's and fashion icons went on to a multi-platinum solo career. Wherever the Plasmatics performed, legions of fans and the news outlets followed. After leaving the Plasmatics, Beauvoir toured with Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul before breaking into his multi-platinum solo career. The hit single from his solo debut album was personally selected by Sylvester Stallone for the film Cobra, receiving at the time one of the largest, advertising and promotional campaigns for a Hollywood movie to date.
Beauvoir was also a longtime songwriter and producer for the legendary Ramones, who influenced generations of artist's and fashion icons as well. Today, the Ramones are hailed as "one of the greatest Punk bands in the world" with their own Ramones Museum Berlin. The Jean Beauvoir penned and produced Ramones song "Bonzo Goes to Bitburg" retitled "My Brain is Hanging Upside Down" featured in "School Of Rock" (Jack Black) also won the New York Music Award for "Best Single" and is referred to as "brilliant" by Rolling Stone. The song is also referred to as "the best Ramones song ever written and best Joey Ramone vocal performance of their career" by Salon's Wyman.
Together the Plasmatics and the Ramones became "two of the most revolutionary bands" in music history. Their members are revered as the Godfathers and Grand Dame (Wendy O. Williams) of Punk & Metal.

His music has been included in well known, successful films throughout his solo career including Cobra (Sylvester Stallone) - Pet Sematary (Stephen King) - School of Rock (Jack Black) - Christmas with the Kranks (Tim Allen, Jamie Lee Curtis and Dan Aykroyd) - Rock 'n Roll High School Forever and many more. Today, Jean Beauvoir is ranked as one of music's "Top 50 Most Influential Black Rockers" in music history.
